Join our UnserHaus baker Brigitte and our resident gluten free foodie for a two and a half-hour course running you through the basics of savoury gluten free baking. Our experienced baker Brigitte will show you how to make your own basic gluten bread, and sweet baked treats. Informal and fun, but genuinely useful, this class is held at UnserHaus showroom in the centre of Parnell. Please note that whilst we maintain best efforts and food practices, this workshop will take place in a kitchen which handles ingredients containing gluten.
