Terms and Conditions Welcome to the Designer Xclusive Membership Programme! By applying to participate in this Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions, and to the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use of our website and Privacy Policy (as applicable): 1. Registration 1.1. Submitting your interest in our membership Programme does not guarantee admission. We will review all registrations and select participants based on our criteria. 1.2. By expressing interest, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and any future changes we may make. We will communicate any changes on our website. 1.3. Your participation in this Programme is voluntary, and you confirm that you are joining of your own free will without any undue influence. 2. Termination 2.1. We reserve the right to terminate this Programme by giving you seven (7) days' notice in writing, without specifying a reason, without any further liabilities and/or responsibilities to you, except for any rights and obligations accruing and agreed by us, up to the date of termination. 2.2. We may terminate the membership immediately if you breach any of these terms & conditions. 2.3. Upon termination or expiry, you must promptly return any materials, documents, or information related to the membership within seven (7) days. 3. Confidentiality You agree not to disclose any confidential information shared during your participation in the Programme to third parties without our written consent. Your confidentiality obligations will continue for three (3) years after the agreement's termination or expiration. 4. Full Conditions and other Benefits The Membership will be subject to further provisions which will be made available to you should meet the criteria. By participating in our Designer Exclusive Membership Programme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit your interest.
